Challenge

To deliver customer satisfaction and quality service to our client by exceeding our ServiceKey Support Agreement service levels and reducing the down time instances; through timely repairs, proactive hardware management and maintenance.

Solution

By reviewing the client's current IT environment, existing contracts and their service requirements, we were able to propose a ServiceKey solution that would ensure a reduction in IT support cost, simplify the support process and protect their existing IT investment. We offer remote location sparing for critical hardware components onsite or near-by at a parts depot was critical in allowing us to reduce the down time instances and exceed the ServiceKey Support Agreement requirements.

Results

ServiceKey was able to reduce cost with a ServiceKey Service Agreements while implementing a standardized Hardware protocol. We provided a dedicated technical resources within their service call area familiar with the environment along with spare parts onsite or in some cases at local depots. Our service levels were made appropriate for all departments and locations.
